How ARWell PRO Works
ARWell PRO works by tracking your body movement using the camera on the front of your iOS device.
Stand or sit far enough away from the device so that your whole body, from your head to your feet, is visible on the screen.
iPhone XR and XS (10) Series, iPhone SE (2020), iPhone 11 Series, iPhone 12 Series, iPhone 13 Series, iPad 8th Generation, iPad 9th Generation, iPad Pro 11 (2019 or 2020), iPad Pro 12 (2020), iPad Air 4th Gen, Macbook with M1 chip, Windows Computer
Compatible Devices:
Connect your iOS device to a Wi-Fi network; the software will not work properly over a mobile data connection.
Wifi Requirement:
Option 1: Airplay
1. Swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen to reveal the device's control center.
2. Tap the Screen Mirroring button.
3. Select your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV from the list.
4. If an AirPlay passcode appears on your TV screen, enter the passcode on your device.
Note: The iOS device and Apple Airplay device must be on the same Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Adapter and HDMI Cable
1. Plug the adapter into your iOS device.
2. Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the adapter and the other end into the TV.
3. Plug a charger into a wall outlet, and the other end into the adapter.
4. Select the appropriate HDMI input channel on your TV.
1. Back up in your space until your entire body is shown on your device screen.
2. Tilt/adjust your device as needed to fit.
Calibrating Your Device
Option 1: Therapist
1. Open the ARWell PRO app and press “Get Started”.
2. Select “Scan Badge”.
3. Hold your QR code badge up to the screen for it to be scanned.
4. Select an exercise by tapping on an item in the menu, or select a program that you have built.
Note: You can also sign in by typing using your username and password.

Option 2: Patient
1. Open the ARWell PRO app on your device and press “Get Started”
2. Select “Scan Badge”
3. Hold the QR code, that has been provided by your therapist, up to the screen for it to be scanned
