F.A.Q.
Since the screen of the device will be facing away from you, the Bluetooth keyboard with trackpad enables you to navigate the app.
Augment Therapy uses the rear-facing camera and works best when it is set at approximately half the child’s height. (For example, if a child is 44 inches, the camera should be at a height of 22 inches).
Depending on your needs you can set your device on a shorter tripod, like this one (iPhone only) or an extendable tripod, like this one.
Your Apple device can be connected to your television either through screen mirroring or with an adapter and HDMI cable.
Screen mirroring: If you have Apple AirPlay on your TV, you can mirror your device without any additional adapters or wires.
Adapter and HDMI cable: If you don’t have Apple AirPlay, you will need an adapter for your iPhone or iPad Pro, and an HDMI cable to connect your device to your TV.
Augment Therapy works with all of the following devices, ranked from good to best:
iPhone XR and XS (10) Series
iPhone SE (2020)
iPhone 11 Series
iPad Pro 11 (2019 or 2020)
iPad Pro 12 (2020)
Augment Therapy is currently only available on iOS devices.
If AirPlay or Screen Mirroring isn’t working on your device, please visit the following page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204291
