iPhone SE Setup

Turn on your iPhone:

  1. Hold down the power button on the right side of the phone for 5 seconds, until you see the Apple logo on the screen.

Set up your Wi-Fi connection:

  1. Touch the “Settings” icon. (If the screen has gone black, touch the “home” button at the bottom of the phone to wake it up.)
  2. Touch “Wi-Fi”.
  3. Select your network and enter password if required.
  4. Return to settings by touching “< Settings” in the top left corner of the screen.

Connect your Bluetooth Keyboard:

  1. On your FINTIE keyboard, turn on the power switch located on the lower right side of the keyboard. The green indicator light will turn on for 10 seconds and then will turn off.
  2. Press the two blue keys on the keyboard (Fn and C) at the same time and then release. The blue status light will start blinking.
  3. Return to the settings screen on your phone by touching the settings icon or pressing “< Settings”.
  4. Touch Bluetooth.
  5. Touch “Fintie Bluetooth Keyboard” in the DEVICES list.
  6. When the keyboard is connected, “Fintie Bluetooth Keyboard” will be in the MY DEVICES list with “Connected” written next to it.

Enable the trackpad on the Bluetooth Keyboard:

  1. Return to settings by touching “< Settings” in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Scroll down and touch “Accessibility”.
  3. Select “Touch” near the bottom of the screen.
  4. Touch “Assistive Touch”.
  5. On the next screen, touch the toggle next to “Assistive Touch” to make it green.

Connect your iPhone to your TV:

  1. Plug white HDMI adapter into iPhone.
  2. Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the white HDMI adapter.
  3. Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into your TV.
  4. Plug the iPhone charger into a wall outlet and the other end into the white HDMI adapter. (The iPhone should remain connected to a power source while using Augment Therapy).
  5. Select the appropriate HDMI input on your TV. The iPhone screen should now be visible on your TV.

Set up tripod:

  1. Straighten the tripod legs.
  2. Set the tripod on a chair or table so that the iPhone is at approximately half the patient’s height. For example, if the patient is 66 inches tall, your iPhone should be at 33 inches.
  3. The patient should stand or sit approximately 9 feet in front of the iPhone and at least 2 feet away from any obstacles.
  4. The back of the phone should be facing the patient.

NOTE: The two buttons on the side of the iPhone are your volume controls. Make sure that the tripod mount is not pressing on these buttons.

Congratulations – your setup is complete!
